You alone are responsible for your actions and the results of your freelance business, which obviously depend on personal factors such as your skill, abilities, knowledge, connections, and financial situation – and many many more factors on top of that.

We offer no warranties, guarantees or liability regarding results. When addressing financial matters, we have taken every effort to ensure we accurately represent FreelanceLeads and it’s ability to enhance your freelancing business (and make your life easier).

However, by purchasing this service and subscribing, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results (and those results will obviously be different for everyone who uses our service).

Any statements outlined are our opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. And if you have a question, please ask!

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds with one exception: if service is denied because we don’t think we can help you, we will refund your entire purchase. Denial is based on our discretion. (We will let you know within 24hours of signing up – or before – if that is the case.

(Note about refunds: The reason we don’t offer a money-guarantee is because as soon as you pay we are using your subscription to provide the service.

That means we are paying our team, allotting time in our schedule for you, searching for leads, and enhancing our system and service to provide the best results we can for you.

Those investments mean we can’t get that time back and it would not be fair to ask our team to dedicate many hours finding you leads for free. We put countless hours in to finding the right leads for you, and we cannot do that for free .)

Liability

We accept no liability for any losses caused by Freelance Leads or your business activities. To add to that, we accept no liability in any form, at any time. How you manage and run your business/freelancing activities is your responsibility, we have no liability whatsoever.
